Forest valuation

Forests are valuable resources for many interested parties. One main parameter that affects the price/value of a property is the standing forest volume (m3). By using suitable remote sensing data and available market products, we can estimate the volume and hence derive the value of the forest. This might include field reference data, stand delineations, airborne laser scanning data and forecasting and masking to match the current forest state.
